3. Tariffs and Payment

3.1. The cost of services is indicated on the Service website and may be changed unilaterally.

3.2. Payment for services is made on a 100% prepayment basis.

3.3. Available payment methods:

4. Refund Policy

4.1. Refunds are made in the following cases:

  • Technical failure resulting in the service not being provided
  • Non-compliance of the provided service with the stated description

4.2. To request a refund, please send a request to email: support@darwintrack.com within 48 hours of payment.

4.3. Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

  • The service was provided in full
  • The user violated these Terms
  • More than 48 hours have passed since payment

4.4. The review period for a refund request is up to 5 business days.

5. Usage Restrictions
